Developer’s Description: The Logitech Harmony mobile app is a companion to the new Logitech Revue system. The app turns iPhone/Android devices into devices with the same properties as the well-regarded Harmony Universal remote. Now, by leveraging Harmony technology, users can control their living room entertainment via smartphone. The app can be used in place of, or in addition to, the controller that comes with the Logitech Revue-Logitech’s new Google TV system.

Like the Universal Remote, the Harmony App automatically detects the Logitech Revue systems on a wireless network. As long as the Revue system is already set up, with one touch, the application can control and power the Revue, TV, cable/satellite box and A/V receiver. The in-app keyboard and touch pad give the user access to enter text and control the on-screen pointer, making it easy to search, watch and navigate TV/websites without a separate keyboard and mouse. Your phone’s touchscreen can search for a specific show, browse the Web, and act as a remote control for your TV, set-top box and AV receiver.
