MAS Top 25Developer’s Description: Not quite available to the public yet, Skifta, Qualcomm’s new media shifting service, promises to turn your smartphone into your global remote letting you access all your media from anywhere in the world. Music, photos, and videos that reside in the cloud or on other devices at home will be available at the touch of your mobile phone. Traditionally this type of remote access was only available via a desktop or notebook PC.
