Developer’s Description: Textfree allows users to send and receive unlimited FREE texts from an iPod touch or iPhone to any U.S. mobile phone. It’s the only texting app that gives you a phone number, where texts don’t come from a weird number or email address, that supports ALL U.S. carriers and notifies users of texts received when they’re not in the app. The app works on the iPod Touch as long as the user is connected to a WiFi network, allowing them to exchange messages without a phone.
