Developer’s description: Vringo is a video-sharing community that allows you to find or create video ringtones (or Vringos) and then share them with your friends’ phones. You choose the clips you’d like your friends to see, and they choose the clips they’d like you to see. Downloadable Vringo clips are created from movies, TV, music, etc. You can also create personalized Vringos, either on your PC or on your phone.

Pros: Playback is supported on many different handsets.

Cons: Video quality may vary; both ends of the call must have app installed.
