Developers description: CallSpark is about enhancing the call experience. The app delivers real-time content from social networks, location-based search, reviews, and listed public information before, during, and after every call. First announced on Sept. 22 at DEMOfall09, it’s a new mobile technology that completely transforms traditional voice conversations into rich, interactive experiences with real-time data from the social and business cloud.  Search for an ATM, for example, and the location-based smarts in the system give you not only the number, but also the location and hours. Type in a name of a contact, and you’ll access all of that person’s social media. By gathering information from Facebook, Salesforce.com, Twitter, and the White Pages, your calls become more efficient and dynamic.
